Desktop boundary

Meeting media, transcripts, minutes, prompts, local-model data, and provider credentials are outside the billing service and must not be uploaded to it.

Sandbox billing data

The proposed service stores the minimum records needed to reconcile a Stripe test checkout, subscription state, license state, pseudonymous device activation, and security audit events. Stripe handles card entry.

Launch requirement

Retention periods, controller identity, contact channel, applicable rights, processor disclosures, and the final production data inventory must be approved before any live billing launch.
